Froggy-ing?
A question from Jackie in Florida about positioning her baby’s legs in her Beco:
Okay - so I just got my new Beco Butterfly in the mail today!!! I am very excited!
Anyway, I put my 2 month old DD in it and I’m not sure she is positioned correctly. She insists on keeping her legs in a ‘froggy’ position and her feet end up going under the waist strap. Should I try to get her legs out of the froggy position or can she stay the way she is?
Resident Beco expert, Jillian from PAXbaby, recommended:
As long as she is comfortable (and safe) you are just fine!!! A nice way to transition her as her legs get longer is to keep 1 leg folded and extend 1 out of the carrier! Then move on to having both legs out as she gets older
